What it is

Pure cane sugar infused with Grade A Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean flavor compounds and seeds

How we hand-craft it

After we process our Grade A Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans for vanilla extract and vanilla bean paste, we infuse pure cane sugar with a light vanilla flavor and aroma through desiccation.

When to use it

Add a generous amount of our gourmet Vanilla Sugar to your homemade baked goods, glazes, hot coffee or hot tea (especially a good London Fog!), eggnog, and more – wherever a hint of vanilla is needed.
