We soak premium Ceylon cinnamon sticks in 90-proof cane sugar alcohol until it meets our flavor expectations. Two ingredients and time, nothing more.
When to use it
Pour a generous amount of our Gourmet Ceylon Cinnamon Extract in your cake, muffin, pancake, and waffle batter, homemade bread and cookie dough, apple cider, cocktails, eggnog, glazes, and iced coffee. Add during cooking for extra flavor in tomato sauces and ground beef.
