Pure cane sugar syrup, finely ground Ceylon cinnamon, Fiddlesticks Mercantile Gourmet Ceylon Cinnamon Extract, and xanthan gum

How we hand-craft it

We blend our finely hand-ground Ceylon cinnamon sticks with our pure cane sugar syrup base and add our Gourmet Cinnamon Extract and xanthan gum.

How you use it

Fiddlesticks Mercantile Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Paste substitutes for vanilla extract measure-for-measure in doughs and batters for breads, breakfast rolls, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, pancakes, waffles, and other baked goods where you want to add warm cinnamon tones to familiar recipes. Add Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Paste to meat rubs, spaghetti and other tomato-based sauces, and as a final flavor to stir fried dishes to enhance flavor.
