How we hand-craft it

We blend our finely hand-ground grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean pods with our pure cane sugar syrup base and add our Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract and xanthan gum.

How you use it

Fiddlesticks Mercantile Premium Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste substitutes for vanilla extract measure-for-measure in doughs and batters for breads, breakfast rolls, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, pancakes, waffles, and other baked goods where you want richer vanilla flavor from familiar recipes. Add our vanilla bean paste to iced or hot coffees and teas (especially a good London Fog!), Chai, eggnog, milk tea, Boba, and Matcha. Use it to flavor chia pudding, protein shakes, and smoothies.
